A hot, humid and, at times, very rainy day. But, in supplement to the post from the 30th, full of great friends.This delectable creature is one such friend
Transplanted from Wisconsin by way of Houston & Chicago, she has finally landed in my neck of the woods. So, especially during faire season, I get to spend hours with this camera-shy beauty. In penance to my taking of this photo, I was forced to spend a couple of hours in her company as she taught me the card game, Spite & Malice. My gods what punishment!
