The battery for my trusty Canon Powershot SD850 ran out of juice a couple of days ago. Unfortunately, I seem to have misplaced the charger – most likely I left it in a hotel recently. Consequently, I’m using my old Canon Powershot S1 IS which although is a wonderful, faithful little camera, it’s a little more difficult to tote about. So, I didn’t take it with me when I left the house today as I can’t just put it in my pocket, and I’m not going to leave it in the car where the interior temperature can easily reach upwards of 150 degrees in this Texas heat. I’ve purchased a replacement, I can only hope it arrives before I head on vacation on Thursday. In the meantime, I’m using my elder Canon and will take what photos I may while still sticking to my commitment of at least one photo per day.
