Yesterday marked the first day in 2009 where we got more than a teaspoon of measurable rain at our house – and this was, sadly, only a tablespoon full. But, we did get lightning, which while fun to watch and listen to scares the tar out of me (long story, but worth the telling sometime) and closes ramps at airports – which is of operational concern to me in my current position at an airline.
