…and although the fire was not necessary, in fact the house warmed up pretty uncomfortably, there is something magically calming about a nice log burning the fireplace. We kept the backdoor open allowing the dogs to come and go as they pleased while attempting to keep the house cooler than the fireplace would allow. Overall, a pleasant evening.
