Still the 8th of May, but this photo is from the 26th of April. I think I’ve mentioned before how difficult it is to remember what was going through my head when I took a particular picture. Some times it’s easy, sometimes it’s hard. This time…it’s hard.
I have, honestly, no idea what this is or even exactly where it is. I have a vague recollection of filling up with petrol and taking photos while the pump was engaged. But of what really remains a mystery to me. I like the photo. I like the background colours (trees or grass or bush) and the depth of field is quite nice; it certainly provides a very sharp line between subject and background. Call it an eyeball bender.
