After months of complaining and an appropriate amount of sucking up to the boss, I finally got the company to replace my aging, failing Treo. It was replaced with a shiny new MotoQ 9c. Not the best phone on the planet, but a damn sight better than what I’d been suffering with.
The first thing I did with the new phone (after charging the battery of course) was to take this photo of my old phone on top of the new instruction manual.

I cannot tell you how relieved I am to have a phone that does what I want it to do when I want it to do it.
Cheers.
