It’s January, and if there’s one thing that folks here in North Texas do not do well, it’s weather. Weather of any sort seems to weaken already addled brains and driving becomes treacherous. This heavy rain storm began on this Friday morning and turned over the weekend into a Winter Storm that is still playing havoc with the traffic and transportation systems in the area nearly a week later.
