Monday again. Ian needed to hit the road toward Michigan today, so we tried to top off his visit this time, with a memorable visit to Kenosha’s classic and famous, Franks Diner. Ian and Delaenya and I, met Stephen at the diner, and enjoyed a delightful breakfast/brunch, complete with our favourite surly server, Mike. Ian seemed genuinely pleased with the experience! So far, everyone I’ve been there with, has enjoyed it immensely. Friday morning, I hope to take Kyle there, too!
There was local erranding and post-officing, and another impromptu meal with friends. Then, there was an evening of more paperwork and getting my space ready to share with my husband. Today’s photo isn’t very interesting, and it’s actually rather sad. I’m really more of a “glass full” sort of gal!
