At nearly 2 a.m. I left my workshop to check on things in the house, and this is what I found. The soccer game was still playing on the TV (Arsenal v. Man City) and my dear husband was fast asleep, somewhat buried under the cushions of his chair! I stayed up working quite a while longer, but he moved his tired self to the bedroom at this point. Working seven days a week is bad enough, but add to that a cross-country business trip on a Wednesday, and a wife that keeps you awake with her work and lights and noise, at all hours of the night when you’d rather be sleeping, and it totally sucks!
The photo isn’t very good–I was really trying not to wake him up! But, in the background you can see all the boxes of new East Wind Games product that he had gotten all checked in, and priced, and entered in his inventory before falling asleep.
I got the queen’s sleeves all done, though!
