One of the many pleasures that faire brings me is the gift of music. When at faire, I am surrounded by extraordinarily gifted humans of all manner.
This young man plays the bodhran, and other instruments besides and is at faire every weekend despite not being on cast.
You see, he is just a playtron – that is, he purchased his ticket – that gives his love, heart and talent selflessly to the talent-pool of faire.
Faire makes me happy (when it’s not 90+ degrees, that is).
