Yet another beautiful day with sadly low attendance. And yet another day of disappointing sales. I keep thinking that eventually our business will pick up and I’ll be really proud to turn in my numbers to Nicole. But, sadly, today did not live up to that hope.
In fact, it was a slow enough day that even without one of my regular workers, we were fine, and had time to take goofy photos like this!
I opted to stay on site and eat leftovers for dinner tonight, as did Kelly. As we chatted after eating, I got a phone call which proved to be the highlight of my day. It was my brother calling to ask me what I was doing tomorrow! He and Melanie were on their way already, to come see me! Woo hoo! Tomorrow just got a whole lot better!
